How do I book a bike?
Pick a vehicle from the fleet above and tap “Check availability”. That opens WhatsApp with your chosen bike already filled in — just add your pickup and return dates and send. We reply with confirmation and the pickup details.
What documents do I need to rent a bike in Meghalaya?
You need a valid driving licence in the rider's own name that covers the class of vehicle you are renting, plus an original government photo ID such as Aadhaar, passport or voter ID. A learner's licence is not accepted. A refundable security deposit is also collected at pickup.
Do you deliver the bike to my hotel?
Yes. We deliver to hotels and homestays in Shillong and collect the vehicle from the same address at the end of your rental. A delivery and collection charge applies depending on distance — message us with your hotel name for the exact amount.
What is included in the daily rate?
The rate covers a 24-hour rental of the vehicle, two helmets — one for the rider and one for the pillion — and half a litre to one litre of petrol to get you to a pump. Fuel beyond that is yours. TBD — confirm whether kilometres are unlimited, and list any extra charges here.
Are helmets provided?
Yes — two helmets come with every bike, one for the rider and one for the pillion, at no extra charge. Wearing them is required by law in Meghalaya for both riders, and we would ask you to wear them regardless.
Is fuel included?
Every bike is handed over with half a litre to one litre of petrol in the tank — enough to comfortably reach the nearest fuel pump. Fuel for the rest of your trip is at your own cost.
Can I take the bike outside Meghalaya?
TBD — confirm whether riding into Assam or other neighbouring states is permitted, and any conditions or extra charges that apply.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Call us straight away on the number below. All vehicles are serviced before every rental, but if something goes wrong we will talk you through it and arrange help. Do not get repairs done yourself without speaking to us first.
